When semaglutide and tirzepatide started making headlines, most of the conversation centered on the injections themselves — the doses, the side effects, the dramatic before-and-after photos. What got far less attention was the diet. And that’s a problem, because the medication is only part of the equation. Your diet creates the nutritional environment for that exercise to work.
